I’ll claim my No-Prize by offering that since the Uruk-Hai come fully-grown out of Saruman’s pits, their minds are full of the thoughts and knowledge of the beings they were spawned from. It’s not like they have to spend a few years learning how to talk and wage war. They’re like clone troopers or vat-grown krogan ;)
A excellent answer. Could be, but presumably Saruman has used the evil Hill people in his man/orc crossbreeding to create Uruk-Hai, and they don’t seem like restaurant people either.
“What is the House of Rohan, but a thatched barn where brigands drink in the reek and their brats roll on the floor with the dogs,” is a truly epic burn. —and all these great lines are straight from Tolkien.

Great pieces! You reminded me these were made 20 years ago… hits like a gut punch.
